Sean Macgugan
Director & Thermal Performance assessor
Sean holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and has pursued further academic achievements by obtaining a Master's degree in Renewable Energy from the University of New South Wales (UNSW). His Master's thesis focused on ground source heating and cooling systems for buildings, showcasing his expertise in sustainable energy solutions. With over 17 years of professional experience in energy and water engineering, Sean has demonstrated his capabilities across various sectors, including local government, state government, and private industry.
Mark Macgugan
Director & Thermal Performance assessor
Mark Holds Certificate IV in Home Energy and Sustainability, coupled with practical on-site building experience specialising in constructing energy-efficient homes built to high standards such as PassivHaus, underscores a strong foundation in sustainable construction practices. Additionally, Mark has held positions in project engineer roles.

Action Plan

Energy Rating Certificate
We deliver a final report and ensure your building plans are stamped and certified for a streamlined approval process. We'll provide the necessary Deemed-to-Satisfy (DTS) energy rating certificate for building approval.
